A case is reported of Wegener's granulomatosis of the breast in a 70 year-old female patient. Breast involvement as the first manifestation of this disease is rare, with only a few reports in the literature worldwide, and diagnosis is often delayed. Physicians should be aware of this possible first manifestation of breast Wegener's granulomatosis.
