OBJECTIVE To translate and validate the "Organizational Culture Profile" (OCP) questionnaire in Greek.

METHOD A cross-sectional study was conducted with healthcare workers in hospitals in Athens. Participants completed the OCP two times during a week. Data collection was performed in September 2022. We used forward-backward translation to translate the OCP and calculated Cronbach's coefficients alpha and intraclass correlation coefficients to assess reliability, while we used confirmatory factor analysis to assess validity.

RESULTS Factor analysis confirmed the most recent and short version of OCP, including 28 items and 7 factors: competiveness, social responsibility, supportiveness, innovation, emphasis on rewards, performance orientation, and stability. Moreover, Cronbach's coefficients alpha for the 7 factors, Spearman's correlation coefficients for each item between the two measurements, and intraclass correlation coefficients for the 7 factors between the two measurements were very good, indicating that OCP was reliable.

CONCLUSIONS OCP is a reliable and valid tool to measure organizational culture. This questionnaire can be easily and fast completed by healthcare workers in healthcare settings.

Key words: Organizational culture, Questionnaire, Reliability, Validation, Validity.
