Telemedicine and the use of new e-Health tools are a rapidly developing field, in which public and private entities, doctors and other health professionals participate. The incomplete legal framework in our country, the ensuring of the protection of personal data, the need to find incentives for the participation of physicians and other health professionals, to establish operating protocols, and also the need for education for health professionals, are critical issues for the development of telemedicine in our country.
